1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, downloading, or using the MEDVBA mobile application and website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Dev AI LTD.

2. Eligibility & Account Security

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 16 years of age (consistent with GDPR) or a registered healthcare student/professional to use this Service.

• Account Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all activity occurring under your account. You must safeguard your password and notify us immediately at contact@devaieood.com of any security breach.

• Verification: Dev AI LTD reserves the right to request proof of student or professional status to maintain the integrity of our medical community.

3. Medical Disclaimer (Critical)

MEDVBA IS AN EDUCATIONAL TOOL ONLY. > * No Clinical Advice: The content, including responses from the AI Medical Tutor, is for study and informational purposes. It does NOT constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• Not a Diagnostic Tool: This Service should never be used to diagnose or treat a medical condition for yourself or others.

• Verification Required: Medical knowledge is constantly evolving. Users must verify all AI-generated information against peer-reviewed medical textbooks and official clinical guidelines. Never disregard professional medical advice because of information found on MEDVBA.

4. AI Medical Tutor & User Conduct

The AI Tutor is an advanced LLM-based tool designed to assist with medical education.

• Accuracy Disclaimer: You acknowledge that AI can "hallucinate" or provide inaccurate data. Dev AI LTD does not guarantee the 100% accuracy of AI responses.

• Prohibited Use: You agree not to "jailbreak," reverse-engineer, or use the AI to generate non-educational, harmful, or clinical diagnostic content.

• Abuse: Any attempt to scrape our database or automate queries to the AI Tutor will result in an immediate permanent ban.

5. Live Study Rooms & Zoom Integration

To maintain a professional environment in our Live Study Rooms:

• Professionalism: Interactions must remain respectful and focused on medical education.

• Zero Tolerance: Nudity, harassment, hate speech, or the sharing of copyrighted exam materials (e.g., leaked USMLE/board questions) is strictly prohibited.

• Reporting: While we do not record video/audio sessions (as per our Privacy Policy), we use metadata and user reports to enforce these rules. We reserve the right to terminate access for any user violating these standards.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

We use RevenueCat to facilitate payments through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

• Billing: MEDVBA Pro subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis.

• Refunds: Since billing is handled by third-party app stores, all refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google. Their respective refund policies apply.

• Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with reasonable notice to users.

7. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: All app designs, proprietary quiz content, and the MEDVBA brand are the exclusive property of Dev AI LTD.

• License: We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial educational use.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Bulgarian and EU law, Dev AI LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, medical errors, exam failure, or data loss) resulting from your use of the Service or reliance on AI-generated content. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria and the European Union. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be settled exclusively in the courts of Ruse, Bulgaria.
