Refund Policy

At MEDVBA, we want to ensure you have the best possible experience while mastering anatomy. Because our premium subscriptions are managed through third-party app stores, the following terms apply to all purchases.

1. In-App Purchases (iOS and Android)

All digital purchases made within the MEDVBA app (including MEDVBA Pro monthly or annual plans) are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

We do not have the technical ability to issue refunds directly to your credit card or bank account.

2. Subscriptions & Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your current period ends.

  • Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to Medix Pro features until the end of your current billing period.

  • Deleting the app or your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. You must manage this in your device settings.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

If you experience a technical failure that prevents you from using the service (and it is not resolved by our support team), please contact us at contact@devaieood.com. While we cannot process the refund ourselves, we can provide documentation to assist your claim with Apple or Google.

4. No-Refund Situations

Refunds are typically not granted for:

  • Accidental purchases made by family members.

  • Dissatisfaction with the difficulty of anatomy quizzes.

  • Failure to cancel a free trial before it converted to a paid subscription.
