Frequently asked questions
How do I reset my password? On the login screen, tap Forgot password and follow the instructions sent to your email.
Why can’t I start a quiz? Free accounts have a daily question limit. Upgrade to Premium in the app, or try again the next day.
How do I restore purchases? Open the Premium / paywall screen and tap Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple ID you used to subscribe. How do I cancel my subscription? On your iPhone or iPad: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → MEDVBA. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
How do I delete my account?In the app: Settings → Account → Delete Account. Deletion is permanent.
Study mode and audio Open Study, choose a module and chapter, then read the summary or tap Play for recorded audio where available.AI TutorOpen AI Tutor to ask questions about anatomy, physiology, pathology, and pharmacology. AI answers are for study support only.
Chat with other students Use the Chats tab to message classmates and find study partners.
